The international standard DIN EN ISO 9001 stipulates which minimum requirements a company’s quality management system must fulfill in order to be able to provide services or products which satisfy both the expectations of customers as well as official regulations at a consistently high level. The management system should also be subject to a continuous improvement process.
As early as 2007, SCS GmbH introduced a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.
In August 2013 as part of an audit by TAW Cert GmbH, our team once again demonstrated that it satisfies the stringent requirements of this management standard (2008 edition) for project planning and implementation of special transports, air charter, and on-board couriers. This certification is valid until the end of 2016.
